When using the message center and every time I attach a PDF file, it never attaches to my message. This app sucks and I can’t get the care that I need.

No message to read after you sent me an email stating there is an update to a claim. Last time I called and there was nothing and no excuse for why that email went out.totally aggravating

Fix the app for the love of god. This shouldn’t be legal for an insurance company app to be this bad. Can never get logged in and when you do it crashes.

You get an email to click on a link to see messages. The link takes you to a prompt to download the app. Nowhere in the app can you get to the message center. Also there’s nowhere to view a detailed statement for your claims. Terrible app.

This app is so badly setup. You can’t find anything, the detailed views make you go to the web browser anyway. But the biggest thing, I get an email that I have a message… WHERE IS THE MESSAGE CENTER?? There’s no navigation to it. If you pretend you’re sending a new “question” you can’t click the message center title. If you “click here” on the email notification, it takes you to a browser and prompts you to download the app. If you go through all that, it still doesn’t open on the app. Useless.

It’s impossible to get urgent care details as a worried parent quickly through the app. The app keeps locking up and does not show which urgent care is nearest to me and in network

This app is completely useless. The contact number in the app doesn’t even work… you can try calling it, but nothing happens. The app I used for the last few years was way better than this, but now I’m stuck with this trash because my company decided to switch administrators, making the old app unusable. No idea who approved this, but it should’ve never seen the light of day. Even their website is garbage. This is pure laziness and incompetence.
