I primarily got the app to search for providers. But the app only lists pharmacies. I emailed the company to say it was broken and was never given a reasonable response. I am also unable to add my other family members that are on the plan onto the app.

UPDATE:  customer service responded to the review. They quickly updated the app and websites to fix the problems. The contact was very professional, thorough and quick. Thank you
