Just upgraded to the XS and app does not have face recognition like all the other apps have. It took three months for support to even figure out why I couldn’t sign in. Now that I can sign in, the app crashes and gives errors. I try and sign in online and that crashes as well. There’s no FaceID login, and the app doesn’t sync with Apples Keychain, so I need to manually enter my password each time. It also doesn’t recognize my device so needs to send me a text every time I log in. The app is not optimized for iPhone X, and I can't even imagine what it would like on iPhone Xs Max. It needs this support in an update for me and a lot of other people to be able to properly utilize this application. This app also needs a refresh in order to be faster and look more presentable.
