I ordered a set meal from here - my partner likes spicy but I dont r so I ordered a MILD CHICKEN PASSANDA (as it says in the menu) when I received it the chicken was actually chicken tikka - so I couldn’t eat it - so I phoned the shop and was told basically - tough luck there’s nothing we can do about that - what about stating on the menu that All CHICKEN IS ACTUALLY CHICKEN TIKKA - won’t order from them again !! Wouldn’t mind but when spending around £30 their attitude stinks !!!!

I love ordering thro the app.  It’s really easy to find your way around and loads of choice.  Also you can choose your pick up/ delivery time.  Fab.  Thank you guys in blue grotto for keeping us supplied with lovely food in this crazy time x
