Useless, nothing more than an icon!!!

This is the worst app I’ve ever seen. and I believe it could be on purpose so that you would have to contact them for any issues with your account. It’s not user-friendly and it’s impossible to load.

I hate to write a bad review especially when Blue Iguana Car Wash is an excellent option to clean your vehicle. The staff is alway helpful and friendly. The app is a complete disgrace, unless I’m missing something. After opening the app, it goes to a blank page. Not useful at all.

Opens to a blank page. Sometimes has icons at the bottom, but they’re unclickable.

I have tried multiple ways to cancel my membership and can’t get ahold of anyone by phone and the app and online just don’t do anything. No option to cancel. I love the Carwash itself but the cancellation process is VERY poor.
