They are not needed and are useless to drivers. Second, reverse the visibility of the graph and the 4 duty status names. In other words, I want to see the graph more than I need to see the words. ### 3/5 — Lots of crashes *2024-04-03* The app worked great for the first few months but now it crashes about 5 times a day then I’m distracted trying to get it back online. ### 1/5 — Terrible ELD *2021-10-14* As a carrier this is the worst example of an ELD currently. I have reached out about inaccuracies and faults in the programming to have it fixed and just get lip service. I had an issue with split sleeper and Blue Ink told me splits don’t carry past the 24hr mark or into the next day….lie. They add restrictions to your own logbook for your “protection” but my logbook is my responsibility. I have called for support. No call back. You never make a resolution to the carrier. The last split sleeper problem and HOS issue your own ELD HOS expert had it wrong. I sent my logs to a DOT officer and you still told me my logs were wrong and the DOT Officer was wrong. I asked for a call back and yet again no response. I’m glad I don’t pay a monthly subscription but I wasted my time and money on the equipment. ### 1/5 — Hate it *2021-05-13, version 4.8.3* I always run out of hours for the next work day ### 1/5 — Weight scale *2021-04-27* All I wanted was a scale for my truck. The price point was ok but they over complicated a simple task. Not only is it difficult to connect to both sensors at the same time if you’re in your cab but if I put a driver in my truck they have to download it all then it sends me a request to add them... I’ll stick with the rightweigh like I have in my other trucks. You can’t get all sensors to sync at on so you can’t move forward. You call tech support and they say I do this all the time and it’s very rare. Except for 3 of us bought it at the same time and 3 of us can’t use the program. They claim an app update is coming however the salesman didn’t say hey this won’t work wait on Apple to approve the new app update if it works. ### 1/5 — Does not work like it should. *2020-10-20* Will not automatically connect, logs time when I’m. It driving. Connects to our other truck when it’s not even close to it. This thing hasn’t been an issue from the beginning. But randomly it just keeps going down hill. Logs incorrectly, doesn’t connect like it should. Uses drive time when on duty. This is the only ELD I have used so far. But it has issues in the most inconvenient times. Idk if any are better but not a fan of this one anymore. ### 1/5 — Not for team driving *2020-10-01, version 4.6.3* Does not work for team driving. When signing in with codriver it will not accept same vehicle info and when both drivers sign in separately they automatically are both logged as driving and the logs are screwed and cannot be edited. I only bought this for the scaling option. No part of the app is intuitive. One minor problem for me is the size of printed reports for tax per diem documents. 62+ pages per month!! I need to learn how to electronically store the pdf files (I’m old). Works well with my I phone! USA based company and support, 0 billing hassle!! Once you have it calibrated, you can save your self a lot of time by not back tracking to the nearest scale.
