This is the worst app I have ever used. There is no button to move forward from the registration page after entering your information. There are no help tools or ways to submit a support request. Inexplicably, while you can access A Healthier You thru your BCBS account thru a browser, you must create a separate account to use the app. I wasted hours on this. Horrible user experience.

Would love for this thing to work but I can’t even get it to open. It automatically set up dual authentication, which is fine, but when I went to my email to get my code and came back, the app was grayed out and unresponsive. Closing the app and even restarting my phone did nothing and no longer even takes me to the sign in screen, just back to the same Home Screen that’s grayed out and unresponsive. Frustrating for sure!

Company won’t respond. Points system isn’t worth it if you cannot access where they direct you to go. iOS version, will not launch or open. It crashes every, single, time. Hope they see this.

Just delete the app and burn it to the ground. The sweepstakes is a joke and there’s nothing on this wellness program that makes it worth it doing.

It crashes every time you try to open a sweepstakes to enter. So I guess all of the points they give you serve no purpose since you can’t access anything to use them… how convenient.
