Arranged a pick up in Caledonia for 2:45 am to the Hamilton airport. It was amazing to get a text introducing the driver and car and how fate away eh was. Very friendly, helped with Two big suitcases. Very professional company and will use again.

The only time the app offers the ability to tip is during the ride. But once you arrive at your destination, the ride is over, and the ability to tip is gone.

Either remove tipping (and raise the minimum fare appropriately), or implement post-ride tipping.

Every time I’ve used this service I get a bad driver.  They all complain about taking debit and pressure you to get cash.  That or they are racist and tell you all about it during the drive.  Deleting the app.

I am a regular client and multiple times usually on weekend and monday mornings as I always prebook the day before to ensure my cab is on time instead it comes 1/2 hour late. I don’t understand the feedback I get as they say you are on my board I’m just waiting for a free cab. It doesn’t make sense as my booking should have already been arranged.

Just got the app and looks like it will be easy. But when I prebooked a ride it sets the current time.  I saved and tried to edit but it will not set for the time I need a taxi.

Since the last update the app no longer gives you the car number - this was the BEST part about the app. 
Now it also doesn’t reliably text you when your cab is assigned.  
Sometimes it even doesn’t give a notification when a cab is assigned - don’t trust the “close the app and we’ll let you know” statement, almost every time I’ve done that I don’t get a notification. 

This is a shame because prior to this I would have considered it a five star app and I had been recommending it to everyone.

I have booked at transcab at 4:11 pm and haven’t received cab till 5:35 pm. I called the customer care thrice every time they are telling that we are on the same street we will pick you up soon but there is no one.
Worst cab service ever.
There’s is a option to give negative rating on app store otherwise it would have been fun to give rating to such a pathetic cab service company.
