But once you arrive at your destination, the ride is over, and the ability to tip is gone. Either remove tipping (and raise the minimum fare appropriately), or implement post-ride tipping. ### 3/5 — Late prebook *2022-11-23, version 407.0.0* I am a regular client and multiple times usually on weekend and monday mornings as I always prebook the day before to ensure my cab is on time instead it comes 1/2 hour late. I don’t understand the feedback I get as they say you are on my board I’m just waiting for a free cab. I like that you get a car number. ### 4/5 — Can't Re-order cabs if they get wrong person. *2015-12-19, version 3.0.27* It's a great little app for the hearing impaired. It has a couple flaws. First, if someone else gets your cab you can't re-order another cab. Second,you get the invoice e-mailed to you from whoever that person is. The system still thinks it you even though you weren't in the cab. This needs to be fixed. They all complain about taking debit and pressure you to get cash. That or they are racist and tell you all about it during the drive. Or get the Hamilton Cab app. ### 2/5 — Recent update sucks *2022-05-10, version 404.17.0* Since the last update the app no longer gives you the car number - this was the BEST part about the app. Now it also doesn’t reliably text you when your cab is assigned. Sometimes it even doesn’t give a notification when a cab is assigned - don’t trust the “close the app and we’ll let you know” statement, almost every time I’ve done that I don’t get a notification. I was really fearful at first because I couldn’t afford to miss a treatment or even be late for one. When I first called the driver arrived in about 5 minutes. I was so happy that I was actually early for my appointment. I even had to take taxis home from the hospital at times, and again they were there almost immediately. I had to go to the hospital so many times that year before and after my surgery to remove the cancer. Every driver was courteous, friendly and attentive. The cars were always clean and comfortable enough for me. I really was impressed that they always came in minutes and got me to where I was going on time. The price was worth it to me too. I did go and purchase taxi scripts so I continue to use Blue Line Taxi throughout the rest of the time I need medical care. Thankfully I will always get where I am going on time and with safe, competent drivers that always know exactly how to get me there.
