Every time I tried to send the card , with its personalized greeting, it asked me to purchase the App first. This was despite the fact that I was already signed in and had paid for a year of membership a few weeks ago. I finally had to go to my desktop computer, use Safari and rewrite the card. Then after all that time I received a message that the card would not be sent until the next day. I don’t understand why since it wasn’t even close to midnight. Also when I tried to personalize the card, it forced me to use a dropdown menu for the recipient’s name , but his name wasn’t on the list . So I needed to change to another card. It takes 10-12 attempts with the same ecard, rebooting and changing devices before the option to send a gift card appears. Then, when the option finally appears, and after entering credit card information, there is no button to check out.
