After months of having problem with it I reinstalled the app. Could easily register now but again, all points earned missing and all the brands and offers are useless for hk customers. SCAM!!! P.S. After months of so called ’investigation’ nothing was resolved and no one got back to me about the progress. On my request to follow up the case, they replied I have “zero wallet bill amount” which is not true as I shop at M&S HK regularly.
