At that moment it logged me out and would not let me log in. My login info was correct since it’s literally saved in my phone and I wrote it down. After multiple attempts it permanently locked me out indefinitely. I needed that information to give to the doctor’s office. You should all be ashamed of yourself. The makers of this app purposely locked me out when I found a doctor just to prevent me from getting help. I hope AI takes your job. ### 1/5 — teledoc waiting is buggy / bad *2026-07-03, version 12.5.1* If you have to wait for teledoc it is extremely unclear whether app can be closed, and after long enough of waiting it times out and requests log in again, not clear how notifications for teledoc work ### 3/5 — Issues *2026-06-16, version 12.5.0* Th app keeps shutting down. And I have a hard time finding some information, such as how much toward my deductible have I been given credit for. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2026-06-13, version 12.4.0* Hangs up on opening trivia feature. Also always in maintenance mode and unable to use right now ### 1/5 — Only problems *2026-05-15* I switched insurance because the doctor I wanted was covered on the website. Received my benefit card with my primary care physician on it. That primary care physician doesn’t accept my insurance. Called my previous doctor and they ran my subscriber ID that I am covered. I just need to switch primary care physicians. Just got off the phone with Blue Shield and they said that my previous doctor is not covered either. Now I have to go to urgent cares for referrals because I cannot go out of primary care physician on my card without paying full out-of-pocket. But the doctor on my card does not accept my insurance ### 1/5 — Unusable. Scam insurance company *2026-04-06, version 12.2.0* It’s impossible to login on this app or the website. I’m paying for health insurance and whenever I login it asks me if I’m still shopping for a plan. I go to a different page after logging in and then I’m not logged in anymore. I try again on the app and it says the app is unavailable for maintenance. I honestly believe this is all intentional so you can’t get anything out of the thousands of dollars we all spend on health insurance. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2026-03-26, version 12.1.2* Garbage app, doesn’t even show you how much of your deductible you’ve met. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2026-03-24, version 12.1.2* Horrible app! Don’t recognize correct log in information.
