I tried to deposit the same exact check the same exact way four times and it was refused until the fifth attempt with no changes made on my part. One suggestion....when I log out, I click LOG OUT....then it asks me “are you sure you want to log out?” And I have to press OK. Get rid of the logout confirmation. I wouldn’t have pressed it if I didn’t mean it. And if I accidentally did, I’d rather log back on once then have to press that second logout confirmation EVERY SINGLE TIME! ### 2/5 — Mobile Deposit failure *2019-12-17, version 8.0.0* The mobile deposit feature has not worked in weeks. Get “RDC VENDOR” error message instead. I’ve called and talked to the tech team with no progress. Please fix! Also, I really want to see a copy of each check that is deposited in my account, not just a deposit slip.
