Please check your network and try again. Playback ID : 960c579bb39f5d0a07fd_4. The account has been register and confirm it works on FireTV Tv Edition. It even works on other iPhones ie 13 but bot on the MINI version. Can someone assist or escalate to the development team??? ### 1/5 — App doesn’t show channels *2024-03-06, version 4.10.17* App does not work. When signed in, I have a blank channel list saying “No channels match your current filter”. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Terrible App on the iPad *2024-02-09* More than half the time this app doesn’t work to play recorded shows. It says there is no network but that’s just not true. Why even offer an app if it’s built so clunky. App is awful. *2022-11-22, version 4.8.5* I just did a speed test, and my BlueStream Fiber gives me 125 Mbit. Yet this app literally cuts out like every few seconds. Trying to watch a Grand Prix race, and it’s a joke. What is the point if you miss half the action? This is unbelievably painful to watch. They have bastardized the TiVo experience also (WHY TiVo?), and now this app is so f’ing painful to use. At the very least, why on earth wouldn’t you let me download the video so that I can watch it without pausing? This is so pathetic. Come on. It’s the year 2022. How f’ing hard is this? Please hire me. I’ll fix your issues. Seriously, software engineer with 30 years experience. I think we out performed this in the 80’s. With a 2400 baud modem. ### 1/5 — Apple TV review *2022-11-20, version 4.8.5* Every Chanel that supports surround sound, for example FS1 and ESPN skips/freezes every 15 to 30 seconds. You’ll enjoy hours of audio content while staring at a black screen. The interface is ugly and clumsy. Which, I could overlook if it worked. But it doesn’t. Not ever. Easily the single worst app I’ve downloaded in the last decade. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App worthless *2026-06-28, version 4.13.102* Won’t up date on iPad so what’s the point ? ### 1/5 — The myth of “television everywhere” *2026-04-29* That is Blue Stream’s slogan for its app. That is a myth and just words because that is simply no longer true. It use to be true and you could get all the channels that are in your package anywhere you were located. But in the middle of March that all changed. Now that slogan is true …… as long as you are inside the four walls of your home. Step outside and you will be lucky to get a handful or two channels. ### 1/5 — BlueStream *2026-03-27* Can no longer connect my BlueStream account on my phone. I get a message stating I must be connected to my home Wi-Fi. Why would I watch tv on my phone at home if I’m when I have 2 60 inch tv’s at home. Hasn’t worked in a few weeks. I was giving them a few weeks to fix the issue, but they haven’t. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded, but nothing. I purchased a newer, same model one and installed it and it will not work. Says “DRM failed to connect and provision. Can’t play now.” I performed all the usual tricks to get an app to work but nothing helped. Unfortunately I erased my old fire stick to give it a fresh start but when I reinstalled the blue stream fiber app on it, it now gives me the same message!! There haven’t been any updates in 9 months so I am not sure why this is happening. Does anyone have any clues??. Before this I would have given it 5 stars. ### 1/5 — BLUE STREAM IS A JOKE *2024-12-06* I don’t care who bought this or who partners up with blue stream. It is and always has been a garbage and a dumpster fire of a company. Dont let the foolish members of your HOA push this garbage in your communities. The best analogy I have for blue stream is buying a Toyota Camry, peeling off all the Toyota logos, and stamping Lamborghini logos on it instead. I can use it on WiFi or over my cellular connection and set recordings from anywhere! ### 5/5 — Worked the first time, no issues! *2022-04-26* I got this to work right away, on my iPad, easy-peasy, when I was 3,000 miles away from my home (Bluestream) WiFi. Able to access live TV and my recordings, no problem. ### 5/5 — Excellent app *2021-12-22* This Bluestream app works nicely. I was able navigate the app and watch any channel with ease. Pictures are clear and the sound quality is very good. You can use it outside the the local Bluestream territory with no issues. The negative reviews that show up are totally wrong, pay no attention to them. ### 4/5 — Unhappy Camper *2026-04-07, version 4.14.102* Only Apple TV streaming app (using many) with any issues. Intermittent freezing that can be corrected by changing to a different channel then back to the original channel. Frustrating that BlueStream takes no responsibility. Troubleshooting all devices reveals no issues. New cables, latest software, resets, restarts, you name it. Their Android box performance pushed me to ATV only to find a different set of issues. ### 3/5 — Latest version is ugly *2025-08-02* The latest update does not work well on my iPad. The guide does not show the channels and it’s just squirrels. ### 3/5 — Please add Picture-in-Picture support for iOS *2025-06-16* The app works well overall, but it’s missing a key feature: Picture-in-Picture (PiP) support on iPhone and iPad. Being able to continue watching while using other apps would greatly improve the experience, especially for multitasking. Most modern streaming apps offer this functionality, and it would make Blue Stream much more competitive. Please consider adding PiP in a future update! ### 3/5 — Needs features *2025-01-22* The app works mostly fine but it is missing some QoL functionality. For instance, while watching TV and you want to rewind you must click to get the on screen menu. Only then can you select the rewind button. I use Apple tv 4k and have a remote that has fast forward and rewind buttons but those are useless with this app. ### 2/5 — Freezes *2026-04-13, version 4.14.102* Too often freezes, no notice of updates, frequent re-sign-ins ### 2/5 — Can’t do basic things that other streaming apps can *2024-08-27* Just started using this app, coming from xfinity and already notice two really annoying things this app can’t do. It doesn’t allow to cast to your tv/chromecast, and you cant use it in PIP mode. Meaning if you want to multi-task on your device and continue watching your program you can’t. It closes the stream.
