There was a time when giving out my phone number, ordering through the app and an excitement to comeback again to use the gained credits was a thing. Where each badge felt like an achievement to conquer. Now, it’s just lifeless, in profits of BT more than the customer and I feel customer now only looses the money and gets nothing.

The challenge with these guys is they have absolutely horrible dispatch standards for people who subscribe from them. If a company lacks to identify and prioritize its loyal customers it really has not far to go. They also have a horrible and inconsistent support which is not available a lot of times on phone. I am looking for an alternative

Am good with almost all things at your end. Need a way at your end to let us customers load physical cash into the wallet (not just online payment transfers). I find myself buying your gift cards via cash to load my wallet, which is such a waste of material (given I pick 15 cards at a time, every time!)

The company and brand have grown significantly over this period but the two things that have remained the same is their passion to make really good coffee and extreme customer centricity. All is good at BT but please designate a proper smoking area for your partons. When ever i come from Dubai BT is my place for coffee but this time around your staff have been really rude and asked me to not smoke as this is a non smokers cafe you lost me for a week. Please dont treat us as untouchable there are more dangerous this in Bangalore like pot hole dust and what not sonplease

Food and services are really good. Coffee is great. But the frequent increase in price is not appreciated. Especially for us loyal customers who find refuse in the outlets.
