It will not let you claim a reward. I called them & all the said was that the system was down. It takes months to even get your reward to show as available in the app, and once it does, you can’t actually redeem anything. I’ve reached out by phone and was told the app was broken yet there’s clearly been no effort to fix it. I have been trying to redeem a gift card for over a month with the rewards I have available, but because the app does not work, I can’t. The app being broken makes the rewards system pointless. The reward opportunities in the “to-do” like sometimes show up but most of the time they don’t. The Available Rewards tracker also doesn’t properly display the correct amount. It will not populate your info logged in trackers. Have not encountered any problems as mentioned in other reviews. Looks like a great way to set and track health goals. One change I would like to see. It would be nice to see some different rewards like MyMedic first aid kits.
