Added a Services tab with local rules, emergency contacts, bunkering and refuelling services booking.
Now wind and current speed units can be changed in the settings page.
Fixed a few bugs affecting local notifications.

A complete design overhaul, including a dark theme, notam sorting, and formatted text descriptions with summaries of restrictions and keep-away distances.
The app now features an opt-in push notification digest once or twice a week to always know what's going on.

This update also introduces a new layer showing fuelling stations around Malta, along with water quality information for beaches.
