It was hard to find ppl who accepted AmEx but it was nice while it lasted. I noticed in the iOS App Store that this update or app is good for iPhone 13.0 So could that be the problem? For 2 years I’ve been using this same card and app and now, this headache. I can only check online for my activity. Please can you set up an update for folks who still uses iPhone 6, 7 and up!?! I call to try to get a new card, and they won’t allow me to order a new card. I am glad this company is dying in June. I gave them my social first name last name, and My phone number, but that was not enough. They are disorganized and a complete Cluster F….. All the things that the good cards say they won’t do and don’t Bluebird does. I’m glad I didn’t leave a lot on this card so they could steal it keep me from getting it. It is truly a Walmart card and that’s what it is called jokingly that’s the first time I heard of it. People referred to it Card get the bluebird card from the Walmart when I was shopping online during the Covid. But for serious use do not use his card. A balance because I don’t know anybody else to use Bluebird so I can’t see the balance off. Too many problems too much of a headache no answers.customer service only answers when one of the same 2 people answered the phone. Don’t leave any money on this card if you use it ever again, I don’t know anyone to send the money to. I can’t get my balance off so I can’t close my account and apparently I can’t even get a card. Was mailed on January 4 it’s February now it’s not common or it was putting the wrong box or it was stolen or never mailed and I’ll never know.. It makes me nervous to put money on this card because I never know when I can sign in and when I can’t, and that is a real thing.. I have to manually type my password in the side one auto fill most of the time it says it’s not mine, but it will go in if I click the line anyway now.. So I’m not gonna use it for anything much if I can ever get another card that actually comes to me. I’m gonna be very cautious putting money on it and making transactions.
