### 1/5 — App ist eine Katastrophe

Löscht immer wieder eingegebene nogo-Zonen. Dadurch fährt er inmer wieder dahin, wohin er nicht sollte und zerstört meine Teppiche oder verfängt sich.  Zudem viele Bereiche in der App nur mit Chinesisch-Kenntnissen lesbar. Ich wollte bewusst kein Gerät aus China, aber alleine die App ist definitiv china-Ware.

Via App ist leider gar keine Fehlermeldung möglich, obwohl du es eigentlich in der App vorgesehen ist;
Sollte man es doch schaffen, über die App ein Problem zur Lösung einzureichen, erhält man auf diese Frage keine Antwort.
Somit schreibt man eine Mail an den Blaupunkt Service und wartet wiederum tagelang auf eine Antwort, die dann leider noch sehr oft am Thema vorbei ist.

Wir besitzen diesen Roboter schon seit knapp einem Jahr. Die Reinigung ist sehr gut. Leider findet er manchmal weiter entfernte Räume nicht deshalb vier Sterne.

Die Steuerung unserer beiden Saugroboter funktioniert über die App ganz gut. Leider klemmt sich einer der beiden immer wieder mal fest. Das kann ich dann auch in der App lesen. Eine externe Benachrichtigung bekomme ich aber außerhalb der App nicht. Das ist echt sehr schwach. Jede andere App nervt mit sinnvollen oder sinnlosen Benachrichtigungen. Bei dieser App erfahre ich erst wenn ich sie öffne das was nicht in Ordnung ist. Das führt ab und an dazu das man verwundert den Sauger sucht weil er nicht auf der Ladestation steht. Hier sollte der Hersteller dringend mal nachbessern.

Die App ist Anfangs sehr unübersichtlich und man muss sich erstmal reinfinden, die Bearbeitung der Räume und Raumteilung könnte ebenfalls besser sein. Ich habe nach über einer Woche erst durchgeblickt wie man das wischen der Räume und auch die Reihenfolge einstellt so das der Roboter dies auch wirklich tut! Dies muss man nämlich noch zusätzlich aktivieren (Benutzerdefinier Modus). 
Was mich auch stört das man die App nicht mit Alexa verbinden kann obwohl überall steht das dies funktioniert. 
Ich würde es toll finden wenn man die Möglichkeit hätte zusätzliche „Pläne“ einzurichten wo man z.b. einstellen kann:
 „Plan 1 Wohnzimmer, Küche und Flur reinigen“ 
„Plan 2 Flur und Bad reinigen“. Dann müsste man nicht immer den Benutzerdefinierten modus ändern. 
Ebenfalls wäre auch eine kleine Einführung für den Anfang toll, wo man auch jeder zeit über die Einstellungen drauf zugreifen kann um alles besser zu vestehen☺️.

Schlimm genug, dass ich für die Nutzung eines Staubsaugers einen Account anlegen muss. Dann funktioniert aber noch nicht einmal die Registrierung und schlägt fehl… dem Support fällt dann nichts anderes ein, als nach der Mailadresse zu fragen, um mir ein Video für ein ganz anderes Problem schicken zu können.
Jetzt habe ich einen Staubsaugerroboter, den ich nicht nutzen kann, weil die App fehlerhaft ist.
Da muss ich den Staubsauger wohl zurück schicken.
