## What is BlueCall?

BlueCall offers mental wellbeing toolbox and anonymous sessions with professional therapists through your smartphone. 

1. Our mental health toolbox includes tools like daily check-in to track your moods or training to improve your mental wellbeing. These self-care tools are available for you round the clock and can be easily shared digitally with your colleagues, friends or family. 
2. Our therapists are matched to suit your specific needs and are available for chat or call, all days of the week from 23-7. 

**What does it cost me?**
BlueCall is offered through your employer. Depending on the package offered by your employers, you get access to the unlimited digital toolbox and a certain number of sessions with a professional therapist each year at no cost to you. 

If your employer offers BlueCall, you can download the app through a link BlueCall has shared with your company to get immediate access to our mental health training and get matched to a therapist in 24 hours.
