## What is BlueClean?

BlueClean is a citizen app for monitoring and reporting coastal and marine pollution.

In just seconds, report a polluted area you observe in the field: waste, hydrocarbons, illegal dumping, or any environmental harm. Each report is geolocated and includes photos, helping authorities and environmental organizations act effectively.

KEY FEATURES
- Fast reporting: take photos directly in the app and submit your report in a few taps.
- Precise geolocation: your position is automatically attached to the report to pinpoint the exact area.
- Collaborative map: see reported pollution areas around you on a satellite map.
- Offline mode: no connection? Your reports are saved and sent automatically when the network returns.
