登陆之前的账号，发现未成年被封号了。点成人认证。输入了正确的身份信息。居然说我姓名和身份证错了。找了微信客服。和软件内的客服。说要我录屏截图给他们看是什么原因。但是我需要等一小时。一小时后我录屏截图给他们客服。jiue
结果给我回复的一堆没用的废话。其实他们没有解决问题的能力。说白了就是naoc。后续就是告诉我白等了一小时。让我注销账户。他们解决不了任何问题。然后让你等，等完了就说办不了。我第一次遇见这样没脑子的客服。微信喝t软件内的客服都一样。
