### 3/5 — It often works !

*2026-07-29, version 4.0.0*

But it sometimes does
not. The one thing it can be counted on for is to
constantly pester you for reviews (it’s asked five times this week ALONE.) But the creepiest thing BY FAR is when you get near a reader and it asks you to confirm an Apple Pay payment. I mean, seriously - that should NOT happen. Get yourself a card for the reader so you never need this dumpster fire of an app.

### 3/5 — It often works !

*2026-07-09*

But when it doesn’t, you’re in real trouble.

### 1/5 — Bleh

*2026-06-19, version 3.2.0*

My building changed from key fobs to this app and I was optimistic at first bc in theory it should be an improvement. Unfortunately the app doesn’t work half the time. I have to open the app up and manually click the unlock button and even then sometimes it needs to be reloaded to work. This becomes tedious especially when carrying things in.

### 1/5 — Too many

*2026-06-10, version 3.2.0*

To many requests for review.

### 1/5 — Not delensible

*2026-06-09, version 3.2.0*

The app is not dependable. It crashes quite often, and it's hard to connect.

### 1/5 — Stop asking me to rate this app

*2026-06-02, version 3.2.0*

Any app this desperate for reviews deserves a 1-star review

### 2/5 — Soooo glitchy

*2026-06-02, version 3.2.0*

Would be nice if I pulled up every day and didn’t have to close and reopen the ap, refresh, move my car back and forth, wave my phone at the sensor and start cursing before it sensed “inbound” and let me in

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-05-22, version 3.2.0*

This app is terrible and I hate it

### 1/5 — Poor Functionality

*2026-05-22, version 3.2.0*

I have used BlueDaimond for 2 years now and it is a poor option for accessing buildings and rooms. It almost never detects a device unless you are in NFC range (even with the highest sensitivity), and it lacks the functionality of nfc which would allow you to use a phone like a keycard. The pathways option is also limited by a short time frame that makes little sense for a normal
workday or work environment when you need to access a space multiple times a day. The reality is you have to get close to a reader open the app wait for it to load the location then wait for it to communicate, which works half the time on the first try and then open the door. I string a physical key is usually quicker even on a keychain if 10 or more keys.

### 1/5 — Stop asking what I think about the app experience every time I want to open a door!

*2026-05-21, version 3.2.0*

Literally every ti
E I go into my office and use the app to get in it wants to know what I think, maybe the app is just really insecure and needs positive reinforcement?

This I will not provide. In fact, lil’ app, you genuinely annoy me with this. But hey it got me to write a review!

### 1/5 — Review is Irritating

*2026-05-20, version 3.2.0*

Everytime I try to use the app it asks to review it, interrupting the utility of the thing.

### 3/5 — Wonky service

*2026-05-20, version 3.2.0*

Needs work

### 1/5 — Deactivate after several months for inactivity

*2026-02-20, version 3.2.0*

I use to access to a property that I visit twice a year. Every time I need to request a new activation email invite to be able to use it.

### 1/5 — Slow and unresponsive

*2026-02-19, version 3.2.0*

Too many bugs
Doesn’t work 50% of the time.
Tanks too long to find the blocks.
Dangerous if I have to get in or out of an area quickly

### 1/5 — Always loading

*2026-02-12, version 3.2.0*

App works 7/10 which is not ok when you’re trying to enter your home

### 1/5 — Temperamental and Inconsistent

*2025-09-16, version 3.1*

A physical card reader would be faster and more convenient than this.

### 1/5 — Not reliable

*2025-08-25, version 3.1*

It resets frequently and need to ask administrators to send new credentials

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-08-19, version 4.0.0*

Never works right. Just use a key code.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-08-18, version 4.0.0*

this app rarely works and sad part is im forced to use it for my condo.

There isn’t a day where people are stuck in the garage, elevator, and outside the building because how bad the app is. It will sit on searching mode until you refresh the app many times. If another person is near you or in elevator app will not work. This feels like a kid’s app project made with ai and a friend helped them get it up and going on the side. I’ve used apps made by college kids that function way better than this.

### 1/5 — Stop

*2026-08-17, version 4.0.0*

Asking for reviews

### 1/5 — Not great

*2026-08-16, version 4.0.0*

Doesn’t consistently work

### 1/5 — Stop begging for rating

*2026-08-11, version 4.0.0*

Every day this app asks me for a review. It’s a fine app, except that it is begging me for a review every day instead of letting me open the door.

### 1/5 — Siempre da problemas

*2026-08-09, version 4.0.0*

La peor app que puede existir.

### 1/5 — Very flaky

*2026-08-03, version 4.0.0*

Stop prompting me to review the app. This prevents your app from working.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-08-02, version 4.0.0*

Don’t recomendé

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2026-07-23, version 4.0.0*

Not a good solution

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2026-06-29, version 3.2.0*

Please stop asking us to write a review every time we open the app. This app is not user intuitive at all. It crashes all the time, somehow loses signal and when it’s working, it’s constantly asking for a review to be left. I don’t want to have to leave a review every single time I need to use the app. Fix it!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Valuable beyond belief

*2026-08-11, version 4.0.0*

I use it everyday. I can keep up with my phone but not my membership card! It’s invaluable for me.

### 5/5 — Works well and convenient

*2026-07-29, version 4.0.0*

One last card to keep track of!

### 5/5 — Damaris

*2025-10-27, version 3.1*

Liam1997.

### 5/5 — Access

*2025-03-04, version 3.0.5*

Doesn’t work half the time

### 5/5 — No Apple Watch app

*2024-10-28, version 3.0.4*

Will update the review to 5 star once the Apple Watch app is functioning.

### 5/5 — BLUEDIAMOND

*2024-05-08, version 3.0.1*

Good good good

### 5/5 — App worked ok until recent update

*2024-04-29, version 3.0.1*

App worked ok until the event update. Our building has several readers and the edit button was very helpful. With the update it’s not keeping the changes. I changed it within hours and it’s back to default. I tried to send an issue via the report an issue on the app and got a mailer delivery issue.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2023-05-03, version 2.5*

Love using this app every morning- tab to open!!!

### 5/5 — Unstable

*2021-11-15, version 2.2.1*

50% unstable. Don’t function correctly and some nights cause me problems to enter to my building.

### 5/5 — Office or residential community

*2018-09-14, version 2.0.1*

We had over 40 of these installed at all access points for our community. They work with the traditional fobs but then turn your phone into a fob using this app and Bluetooth technology. Now you can keep your keys in your pocket just have your phone .. approach the door and unlock the reader by tapping the icon on your phone. We also placed them in our elevators to restrict access to floors certain floors for residents. Another use we are looking at is instead of maintaining our expensive transcore readers ... or key pads where everyone knows the code ... to add a blue diamond reader at the resident’s vehicle gate and using this app on your phone to open the gate.

Love this ... get it .. or tell the property manager to look into getting them. ....
