Does this app only work from 9 to 5?? Will I always be communicating with an automated bot?? Since installing app, I have send multiple messages and don’t get any reply. If this was suppose to build confidence, in reality it has done just the opposite. Great and welcome concept…..this user’s experience however was not so great! Second, connect to all of Apple Health metrics and not just steps. ### 5/5 — Real people with REAL problems *2023-10-05* This app lets you talk to real people that can help you with benefits and how to navigate through your medical stuff My health mental and physical were pretty good up until my 50’s And now I’m having to see a lot of Drs and surgeons and this does something to your mental health. This app connects you with in network Drs and health agencies at no extra cost. Need help with transportation,finding a Dr ,changing Drs or just need to ask a question…. Janelle, the dietician, put so much passion into helping me understand food, how it works for us, how to work as a beginner dealing with diabetes, and answered all my questions. Jennifer stepped up while Nancy was out to make sure the schedule of getting me right stayed on timing.
