I honestly was surprised to see how much money I can actually save. I called the toll-free number in the app. They were able to find our email, but it was “red-flagged” according to the person talking. She said they needed more information from BlueGreen to complete creating the account, but “…since we’re a 3rd party vendor, I cannot tell what information is needed. I’ll transfer you to BlueGreen.” She did this. Over the next 40 minutes I spoke with two BlueGreen agents & a Traveler’s Plus representative. None of them have heard of BlueGreen Deals or Access VP. Why a 2 star rating and not 1 star? The person I spoke seemed to be in the USA. She did not ask for any personal information beyond name & email. She transferred me directly to BlueGreen. I don’t think this app is trying to scam anyone.
