Boy was I wrong. This is horrible. I hope Bluegreen did not pay anyone to developer this. This app is useless. Like the others, I am deleting it . Worthless, Unfortunately, I have to give you 1 star otherwise I can’t post this review, and I needed to post this. ### 1/5 — Not worth the download *2023-10-26, version 1.15* Definitely not what I expected, thus I will be deleting it from my phone. Like the other owner commented, we expect pretty much exactly what the web version has just in mobile format. Only shows four “favorites” and no others. Search function does not work. Guess BlueGreen has forgotten about customer service. Please (!) hire someone who knows how to write functional apps! I only have 4 generating. 2.) when I log in I have 0 visibility into my account. It seems nothing changes from when I’m logged out. Why even offer the feature. 3.) Add price features & photos for owners so we can browse and plan. 4.) The many options, activities, amenities, etc. are great. Stick with that idea, but kick it up a notch. Owners pay way to much for mediocre service and experience. 5.) Navigation is a mess. Where is the menu on the homepage? 6.) Icons are to large, descriptions are to small and to long on some. That was in another state. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded the app and had no luck. The resorts that populate are in the south east and not anywhere near me. Also trying to search is a joke as no resorts come up no matter how you search. And by “doesn’t deserve” I mean it should be a negative 5. Unbelievable in today’s world a company of this size could create such a horrendous app. It would be laughable but I’m more frustrated that I have to use the equally useless website.
