It’s hard to figure out what bibs I need to study again cause it says I haven’t answered any questions (even though i did) I can’t see how many points I got today. It’s always crashing and fails to log in, it’s always an error message saying to delete the app and reinstall. I used the app about 3-4 times a week for two months leading up to the exam. My only gripe with the app is some of the bugs and crashes I have experienced. I raised my test score from a 59 to a 79.43, and it genuinely helped me get promoted to HM1. The app is very intuitive and easy to use, but what really sets it apart is how well it identifies weak areas and keeps you focused on what you actually need to improve. It helped me dial in my study time instead of wasting hours reviewing things I already knew. Also worth mentioning, Kayla’s customer service is outstanding. Quick responses, helpful, and clearly cares about the users.
