No bibs or hardly any thing else. Only problem is it’s really buggy often ### 5/5 — Household Name! *2025-07-15, version 11.0.0* Bluejacketeer has been a huge help throughout my career. From E4 to E7 board; even my ESWS! I can always count on them. Throughout the years, I’ve emailed them for different issues and I have always received assistance. They reply within an hour and are so reliable. Now they have an audio feature for those that need to hear information while studying. This is something I asked about a while back and I’m so glad they have been listening to us! ### 1/5 — Bluejacketeer *2025-02-08, version 9.0.1* Not working ### 1/5 — Wont go past the sync. *2025-02-08, version 9.0.1* I’m on deployment. Updated the app and now it won’t open it past the sync option. It keeps saying uninstalls and reinstall did that twice hasn’t helped. Have to go through the website to even used it. Idk what they did to the app with this update but if it wasn’t broken why fix it. ### 1/5 — Used to be good. *2025-01-07, version 8.0.1* This helped me tremendously advancing to PO2. I was on a deployment with the MEU. Had nothing else to do but study bluejacketeer anywhere I go in the ship(like there’s somewhere else I can go haha). I loved how I was able to download all the PDFs and questions offline and keep it as long as I get internet connection every 30days. But now, I can’t even click on the instructions anymore. Will bring back 5 stars once it’s better again like 3 years ago. Trying to study for PO1 but is not helpful during deployments.. ### 5/5 — Made E-5 *2024-11-28, version 7.2.4* Just made E-5 as an ABH. Quotas were low but at least 30 or 40 questions on this app was on the exam. This helped tremendously. Of course you have to study the bibs. But combining both will guarantee a high score. Daily quizzes and having your BIBs breakdown in the topics and subtopics it’s really beneficial. I have use it for a while and ultimately it’s up to you to decide how much you want to put out in your studies but you can’t go wrong using Bluejacketer. I made HM1 in this past cycle (264) and I can say it definitely helps. ### 1/5 — Decent information but terrible service *2024-11-14, version 7.2.0* The information is decent. Not great. My issue is that the card I used to pay for the subscription was stolen. I got a new card from the bank, no real harm done. Then Kaplan was somehow able to charge my card even though it was cancelled. I asked for a refund as I did not authorize a charge from that card but was denied. The Team is extremely helpful and friendly. The app says it works offline but just gets stuck with a loading symbol until i connect to wifi. 😡 ### 1/5 — Too many bugs *2026-07-22, version 13.4.7* This app has somehow gotten more buggy since I used it 2 years ago. It’s hard to figure out what bibs I need to study again cause it says I haven’t answered any questions (even though i did) I can’t see how many points I got today. It’s always crashing and fails to log in, it’s always an error message saying to delete the app and reinstall. It used to be much more reliable for studying, but now I have to force close the app at least twice before it will sync and download the information. Wasted my money thinking I would be able to study on the go. Regardless of what topic I try to study, it will only ask me questions for this one topic called “NDI” even if I am already in a different topic. I can’t study corrosion or NAMP, which are major sections of the exam so I feel like it is a waste of time for me. ### 1/5 — Service: Amazing, App: Awful *2025-12-20, version 12.0.14* You can’t go wrong using this service but I haven’t had a single sync go right since I started studying two months ago. I just use the site in the browser and it works perfectly. I can’t even utilize one of the options available to me after paying for this, such as the app, without it crashing. BMR lets you change rating whenever you want. Not sure why you all trying to restrict this on a paid service? Good stuff! ### 5/5 — Almost Perfect! *2026-01-14, version 12.0.16* I used Bluejacketeer for my E6 exam in September and it helped me finish in the 97th percentile for my rate my very first time taking the exam. I used the app about 3-4 times a week for two months leading up to the exam. My only gripe with the app is some of the bugs and crashes I have experienced. Other than that I would say the app is worthwhile and is seriously the only thing you need to study for the exam! ### 5/5 — HM1 Selection: 1/27 Thanks to This App *2026-01-09, version 12.0.16* I used Bluejackateer to prepare for the HM1 advancement exam and it made a massive difference. I raised my test score from a 59 to a 79.43, and it genuinely helped me get promoted to HM1. The app is very intuitive and easy to use, but what really sets it apart is how well it identifies weak areas and keeps you focused on what you actually need to improve. It helped me dial in my study time instead of wasting hours reviewing things I already knew. Also worth mentioning, Kayla’s customer service is outstanding. Quick responses, helpful, and clearly cares about the users.
