Every single time it says payment failed. When I most needed a taxi the app doesn’t want to work. Fix fix fix right away.

Tried at various times, app quotes anywhere between 10 - 30 mins but when you try and confirm the trip it invariably displays “no driver available”. 

Better to ring a rival and order directly

The old app was so easy to use
The new one is so confusing 
It doesn’t set correct home location
It isn’t clear which is start and finish
And hard to figure out what you just booked 
Bring back old one please ir fix it or may have to change firms …

On the bookings there is a facility for notes which is good - but there is no facility to see these notes once the booking is made and update them if necessary. This would be especially useful for airport pick ups when flight details change. It is also very annoying to be initially charged more than the fare on credit card then have it adjusted to the correct fare some days later.

Excellent service, I used them thousand times and never had any issue. Nice and pleasure drivers and clean cars. The best taxi in Harrogate 😊

I was having surgery at the hospital and needed to be there for 7.30am.  Tony arrived promptly at my home for 7 and we were there in good time.  I was feeling very nervous and chatting with Tony certainly helped to calm me down!  Sadly, my surgery was cancelled so, no doubt, I will be needing another taxi when I receive a new date.  I will definitely use Blueline again.
