The version from the App Store defaults to Russian and won’t allow me to log in, the link on the website says app is not available in my region. Any advice? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Um is this a legit app for Hyundai *2025-04-07* I’m trying to use this app which is supposedly an app for Hyundai’s Bluelink. I’m unsure of what countries Hyundai serves but am very curious why it defaults to Russian forcing me to select English when I purchased the app in America with my American profile through the Apple App Store. Hyundai itself is a Korean company which I’m sure has cars sent all over the world. So why does this app default to the Russian language and only have English as an alternate language to select. Then when I try to sign in it isn’t as stated when I sign into MyHyundai that the log in credentials will be the same forcing me to make new credentials. Ok so I do and I’m taken to a screen to log in and log in then am asked to verify my phone number which I enter and am asked for a code that is to be sent. Have done this 3 times and can never get code. I was told that I need to activate my subscription and can not get to the initial screen because I never get this code and everything is entered correctly and my number is a valid US number. Something seems off here or at the very least ill conceived or flat out doesn’t work. And I’m seeing no responses to complaints from the developers here. So how does anyone use this Bluelink? Is this the real deal Bluelink app or some phones imposter. I’m truly confused here and will ask Apple to check into this possibly if I can’t get the developer to respond. ### 1/5 — Fails to send code *2025-03-07* I’m unable to create an account because the app fails to send code to verify ### 1/5 — Only in Russian *2025-02-17* It’s only in Russian language even after you select English. Then no matter how many times you verify email and phone number it still doesn’t accept it. Использую программу Bluelink. Эта программа ПРЕКРАСНО работает на iOS 17. Когда появилось обновление iOS 18, я установил его. Все программы работали отлично, кроме Bluelink . При открытии этой программы у меня появлялось сообщение, что мой айфон заблочен. Пришлось вернуться на iOS 17. Вчера обновил айфон xs pro max на iOS 18. Там на программе Bluelink появилась та же самая надпись- телефон заблочен. Остальные программы работают прекрасно.
