No account to account feature. Can’t pay a loan with another debit card. Can’t find my account numbers in the app. So much missing content for this app. It’s unacceptable for today’s standards.

I can’t log in to my account. Have tried multiple names, and none work. There is no place to ask for log in ID help. This app is useless. The reason I tried the app is because auto pay by phone has been down for over a week. I guess I will have to get in my car and pay my Visa bill in person. It’s too late to mail now. Horrible.

The app is good for account transactions from saving to checking, but I would be better if we could see our information when we log in and add some more features to make it better.

Your app is no different the going to your mobile site. I think I will speak for everyone when I say we want an easier login. Thumb print, facial recognition, can you at least remember my user name?
