## What is BluePick?

Blue counts the practice you do alone.

Most of the time you spend with an instrument, you are on your own. Even with a teacher, the rest of the week is you and the room, and nobody knows how much you put in. BluePick counts that time and shows it stacking up.

■ Just leave the metronome running while you practice and today's session logs itself. One second is enough to count. Nothing to write down. The tuner and timer are free too.

■ Run it from your wrist with Apple Watch
Leave your phone on the music stand or in your pocket and control the metronome from your Apple Watch. Turn the Digital Crown to set the tempo, and pick the time signature and rhythm right on your wrist. The sound stays on your phone while the watch works as the remote. Turn on beat vibration to feel the pulse through your wrist even with earbuds in, and when you stop, the watch tells you how long you practiced today.

■ Add sound and photos to a log
Tap a date on the calendar to record right there, or upload a recording you already have. Add a photo and a note. Play it back later and that day is still there.

■ My practice universe
Every day you practiced becomes a star. See the days and hours you have built up at a glance. It is a picture only someone who showed up alone can have.

■ Blue's recording feedback
Record your playing and Blue listens and talks it through with you. What worked, and the next single step, across rhythm, tone, and expression.

■ Ask Blue anything
Practice tips, lyrics, chord progressions, composing, music theory. Any genre, thought through together.

■ Finish one whole song
Blue guides you step by step until a song is complete, showing how far you have come each time.

■ Alone, then together
Watch people who play your instrument, share your own songs, and ask what you have been wondering. Find bands by instrument, area, and genre, book lessons, and discover rehearsal rooms and nearby shows on the map.

■ Train your ear while having fun
Sharpen your ear with ear-training games and dungeon quests, and keep your streak going while collecting titles.

Playing alone, without being alone.
Keep making music today with BluePick.

### 1.0.38 — 2026-08-17

Start a briefing right from your Apple Watch.
Pick a setlist and a song, then start, all from your wrist.
The watch bezel shows the whole song form and where you are in it.
Section names appear exactly as you named them.
Community now shows posts as soon as you open it.
Your practice log shows the hours everyone has logged together.

### 1.0.37 — 2026-08-15

Apple Watch now speaks English and Japanese. The wrist screen and notifications follow your watch language.

One second of practice is enough to log a session. Stop after a short run and your watch still tells you it was saved.

Finding people nearby got easier. Sent requests now live in their own tab, and you can reopen a past request, tweak just one condition, and send it again. You also see how many people each request reached.

### 1.0.36 — 2026-08-14

Practice logging got more accurate.

· Sessions under a minute now show up on your calendar. Even a quick metronome check counts.
· Your practice time no longer disappears when the app updates or restarts.
· Open your practice calendar straight from the metronome screen.
· On Apple Watch, holding a tempo button now stops the moment you let go. It starts slow, so landing on the number you want is easier.
· Adjust tempo with the Digital Crown on Apple Watch.

### 1.0.35 — 2026-08-10

Apple Watch support is here.

- Start and stop the metronome from your wrist, with precise 1-step tempo on the crown
- Change time signature and rhythm (quarter, eighth, sixteenth, triplet, shuffle)
- A wrist tap when you pass 3 minutes of practice, and a summary when you finish
- One tap saves a practice recording straight into today's log

Also included: Practice Universe, where each year of your practice unfolds as a galaxy, plus more reliable growth reports and other improvements.
