we downloaded this app to help with our start up business but every time we open it, it replies “error loading page”

We tried everything but nothing happened, we are incredibly disappointed and frustrated with this app.
We were so exited to what it could offer but it doesn’t work.
DON’T USE IF YOU HAVE NO PATIENCE 
it’s been 3 days and nothing has happened.
