Also, I am confused in that allows downloads, however, it does not reliably keep you logged into your account even when using downloaded questions. It is very limited compared to the desktop version. EDIT: Not only does the mobile app make me log in multiple times, but now it tells me my account does not exist. When trying to reset the password, I never get the code required via email. I found that to resolve this issue, I have to find a desktop, log in there, and then come back to the phone. This is just getting worse and worse. It glitches when trying to login to my account saying nothing exists for that email. Then it won’t let me try again without clearing the Safari cache. It isn’t connected to their servers apparently since the reset email never came either. Meanwhile I’m logged in on the computer looking at the receipt in my email. I can’t believe I’m paying $100/month for a non functional app. Please fix ASAP or I’m canceling and using a different test prep service. **Developer response:** Hi there — we’re really sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve experienced.
