I expected more from Guitar Jamz. ### 1/5 — Marty this app won't run *2015-02-01* Marty, your other apps work on my iPhone 6, but this one won't. It has a bug. I've tried deleting and reinstall. Seeing the fret board would actually help! ### 1/5 — Does not display any lessons when you tap the thumbnail. *2011-08-07* Does not display any lessons when you tap the thumbnail. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2020-03-03* I love Marty’s lessons but I can not get anything to work? ### 2/5 — Acoustic blues... *2012-01-04, version 1.0* Pretty much all of the content is for acoustic guitar, since no one ever thinks "acoustic" when it comes to the blues, my theory is that this app purposely leaves out the useful electric stuff in order to manipulate its users (subtly, but still manipulation by my definition) into signing up to something or spending some amount of money to obtain the useful stuff. What's more, the app seems to "randomly" show me for a short second a section with electric guitar licks when I click on "blues licks" before quickly switching back to all of the useless acoustic stuff. This further increases the suspicions I had above / strengthens my argument. It seems like a tantalizing "subliminal" poke in the direction of signing up to whatever they ask for to receive the "prize". I'll try and get a video of this phenomenon possibly. I probably could have written this whole review a heck of a lot better, however I'm currently half asleep. ### 2/5 — Disappointing *2011-09-03* As a self taught guitar player, I had hoped for more simplified directions. Maybe a slower pace with book like directions to follow along.
