The app stops working after the yearly recharge and then in the last 1 month before recharge it will automatically start working again. This is a dark pattern and scam from Mahindra. Don’t pay yearly subscription to this app.

I have purchased a two year subscription and for past 3 months the network is not latching and haven’t been able to get this resolved by service centre. Baring this experience there is no other complaint in the car. Not sure if the team has decided not to extend services for Blue sense plus in Vodafone network.

The Mahindra raise system has a very poor performance last 40days car and app not online and last saris showed 13th a Jan after that no car update and location track. I wasted money for the subscription. I’m not going do next subscription if proven is not solved

Most of the time the controls do not work and recently for almost 5 days all notifications from the car stopped coming to my phone.
When I bought the car there were more options but many were revoked but the price remained same and that too it doesn’t work.

renewed subscription through app. it is showing active but not activated in car. ideally subscription date should start when tracking is active in car but this query is forwarded from mahindra to dealer and there is no response as usual. dealer keeps asking to visit service center and one visit was not sufficient to fix issue. mahindra not responsing to refund queries and only forwarding emails to dealer. i guess i have been frauded by mahindra for measly 4k rs 😂

Have been facing issues since the beginning had to send my car to the service centre thrice to get it fixed.

Now at the time of renewal for the last 20 days, there is some error and Mahindra team has been just playing games.
