Usually I can view my ID card but that’s the extent of its usefulness. Don’t bother trying the provider search; after “please wait”-ing, you’ll get stuck on a white screen until you just give up. Benefit info is so limited it’s of no help. Just garbage. ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-09-23, version 6.0.4* If the app opens and doesn’t get stuck on “waiting” then it crashes and closes. When my employer changed our provider to BSNENY I thought I would have to rely on the website only. From day one the app was completely busted. Imagine my surprise when I get an update for the app today and I can actually log in! Even better, there’s actual information about my account! Bravo to the developer for fixing, or from the looks of it, completely rebuilding this app from scratch. ### 1/5 — someone needs to fix this app. *2020-01-29, version 5.1.0* it does absolutely nothing. why does this even exist. ### 1/5 — Worst App in History *2018-12-31, version 5.1.0* This app is totally worthless. Every single category I clicked on came up as “There was an error downloading your information. “ I was unable to view my card, view my claims, or view my coverage. Despite clicking on accept I see a problem with terms if service and get tossed out on iPad and iPhone ### 2/5 — informative but with problems *2013-12-18, version 1.4* Poor design for ipad. Program does not size to screen properly, constantly have to leave program to get back to home screen. Could use more detail on policies. ### 2/5 — Handy *2013-02-06, version 1.0* This seems like a handy app. One thing I haven't been able to do is take a photo of my card. When I try and take the picture the app just shuts down.
