It has cost me nsf fees because I wasn’t able to move funds when I needed to. ### 4/5 — Requires verification code on every log in *2025-01-30, version 15.2.100* This app is good but it’s extremely annoying to need to add in a confirmation code on every single log in. Maybe they could ask for it randomly or every 5th time? I’ve looked everywhere within the mobile app and do not see anywhere to manage statement options. You’ve outdone yourself with this new “Auto Capture” software. I hate it and you will too. Time to start looking for another bank. Sometimes it barely even lets me into the app and says “error try again tomorrow”. It is annoying and the app should really be worked on. ### 1/5 — Can’t cancel account *2025-02-09, version 15.2.100* My wallet was stolen and I called the 24/7 line, but it answers with a voicemail saying the hours are 8-8. There is no way to cancel your card or account without calling the bank, but they don’t answer 24 hours. What if it happens on a Saturday night and you have to watch all your money get stolen, and can’t call till Monday morning. They did return the money that got taken from me but will be switching banks. ### 1/5 — Blue Shore App *2024-07-18, version 15.2.78* The app crashes regularly. I have to uninstall and reinstall regularly. This app is super glitchy all the time. Tap the screen to make a selection and it’s not detecting that the screen is being touched. I have a bunch of bank and credit card apps… this one is the worst and it doesn’t matter if I use a different device. The staff is great, their helpline is staffed with friendly and courteous people. Although I moved and don’t have a office close by anymore, I’m not dreaming of leaving them.
