## What is BlueSpotter?

Curious what is quietly transmitting around you right now? In seconds you get a clear, live overview of the wireless gadgets in the room — who makes them, what type they are, and roughly how close they sit.

Everything is analyzed right on your iPhone. No sign-up, no tracking, and nothing is ever uploaded.

What you get:
• A live list that updates as you walk around
• Automatic recognition of many makers and product types, from earbuds and speakers to watches, trackers, smart-home gear and smart glasses
• A rough distance estimate for every signal, so you can tell near from far at a glance
• Filters to focus on what is close, or to hide anonymous signals
• Sort by signal strength, name or type, with your own default
• A detailed view for each find: maker, type, signal strength, advertised services and more
• Fully localized, works completely offline, and free of ads

Good to know:
Only gadgets that are actively broadcasting Low Energy signals can appear. Many everyday accessories keep announcing themselves even while in use, but some fall silent once connected, and classic audio-only hardware stays invisible. Distance is estimated from signal strength — a helpful hint, not a precise measurement, and with no direction. For privacy, many gadgets change their address over time, so the same one can show up more than once. Think of it as a friendly indicator of what is around you, not a perfect census.

Great for the curious and the tinkerer: get a feel for how busy the airwaves are, check whether your own accessory is advertising as expected, explore the gear in a smart home, or simply learn what surrounds you.

No account. No ads. No data collection. Just a clean window into the wireless world within arm's reach.
