I contacted the bank to point out the transaction errors and they didn’t believe me! Unfortunately for them I had screenshots that showed them the transaction errors. They got back to me in a couple of hours and admitted that there was a problem! The surprise is that they can’t fix the problem! When you get that message at the top of the app warning about a pending transactions between midnight and 6:30 AM, that’s because I showed them the error! I still don’t understand why they can’t fix this problem! However, signing in is impossible. My password is never correct even though I am positive I am typing the correct one. So then I am forced to create a new one but can’t reuse any previous password. This results in making more and more obscure passwords that I can’t possibly remember. I know that I’m not at fault because I am now (unfortunately) writing my password down and retrieving it when I need to log in. But the app doesn’t recognize a correct password when it’s entered.
