### 1/5 — Very high making charges and store salesman forces you to buy there monthly plan

Making charges are very high even for simple and plain jewellery. And worse than that if you visit store sales person will force you to buy there monthly plan. They will eat up hours in stores in order to sell the plan and try to emotionally blackmail you by saying it will help them to reach their target. Don’t visit store if you don’t want to waste hours in store . Online shopping experience is also pathetic deliveries of high value order delayed by weeks without any communications , you will end up following on their Customer care numbers and chat and you will even not get any compliant number or ticket id to track so every time you have to explain issue from beginning you call the customer care.

I always liked the designs for bluestone however since 2-3 years they are charging insanely high making charges up to 50% on some jewellery pieces!!! Most of their jwellery has more than 35% making charges for 18k or 14k which makes no sense!!!! If you continue like this then regular customers will definitely switch

The making charges are absurd(upto 47-48%) Gold prices is higher than any other jeweller They even beat tanishq at making charge and gold prices Plus the boxes that they give are so pathetic made of paper that even starts to come off as the glue gets weak. Total profit oriented company with no respect for customer experience . Being a regular customer now i wont think of buying anything from here.

Hence, post-manufacturing, the making charges may vary depending on the final metal and the diamond weight.

I was trying to order 4 ornaments in bluestone and even on 6 to 7 times of attempt the payment didn’t work to me. So today I decided to check with 1 item, payment is successful without order confirmation…..since 40 mins the payment processing fee page is rotating, this is weird.

Whenever i try to browse something in the app someone or other always calls me on my phone number directly without my consent! Can’t a customer browse the products in peace???? Why all the people of bluestone has to call me every time!!!! This is soo irritating and unprofessional. I have not given my consent to call me all the time or at all. Please stop calling

Store offered 10+1 plan and failed to mention that in case of delay I will not be able to avail the benefit of this scheme, store didn’t even cared to call and mentioned when I made late payment. Reason for late payment was login failure on this mobile app. Pathetic company.

Just do not buy anything from these looters. Their jewellery quality is very bad. Almost 50% we had to send for repair within few months. Some were deformed, for earrings screw will come out.. and on top of that they charge for repair even when it’s their quality issue. Store staff is also useless.

I booked **two rings with blue stones**, and honestly, this entire experience has been nothing but disappointing. First, I asked to change one from **gold to rose gold** — denied. Then, I asked to change the other from **rose gold to gold** — suddenly, the price shoots up. Fine, I agreed. But when I realized the order was crossing my budget and asked to **cancel**, you told me the refund would go to my account.

Let me remind you — I **paid in cash**. So why on earth can’t you return my money the same way? Don’t call it “policy,” call it what it really is: **bad customer service**.

From the very beginning, I was the one adjusting. I wanted to book at **45% advance**, you forced me into **50%**. I still agreed. At every step, I’ve bent over backwards to go along with your terms. And now, when it comes to basic fairness, you hide behind your so-called “policy.”

If I paid in **cash**, give me back my **cash**. It’s that simple. Stop making excuses.

I’ve dealt with other **big brands** before, and trust me, I have **never faced such problems**. But this time — my god — the way I’ve been treated is beyond disappointing.

No wonder your company isn’t growing — with this kind of arrogant and rigid service, how do you expect customers to trust you? Brands like **Tanishq** thrive because they **value customers**, while you clearly don’t.

Sach mein, ab samajh aa gaya ki aap log **kitni level tak customer ko pareshan kar sakte ho.** This is not customer service, this is harassment. And people deserve to know: **don’t waste your money on a brand that doesn’t respect its own customers.**

But well, congratulations — at least you’ve mastered one thing perfectly: **the art of losing customers.** 👏

First i sell my earing which i purchased from blue stone. first he add my refund amount in blue cash and then i request to refund and add my bank details its take 7-8 days to give my refund other brand like caratLane give refund instantly. bad service

There is no intent of maintaining customer service in this product recently. Despite confirming delivery dates and ensuring it multiple times, during actual delivery, there was no update on the portal, then one support agent mentioned about delivery by 8pm and afterwards another agent said it was not possible at all just towards the end. 

Utterly disappointed by the experience. Much better to go for Tanishq or other brands where commitment and customer service are valued
