When recording a 15-60 minute video, it is “saving” forever and never finishes. I let it sit for 8 hours so far. 2. The video is zoomed in more than the regular camera (people usually like the wider view but the programmer decided to go the opposite). 3. In the instance that you forget to put your energy saving settings to ‘never turn off screen’ and the screen turns off while recording, bring the app back will automatically stop the recording and get stuck ‘saving’ and you must force quit the app. These are essential things that makes a reliable app🙁 ### 1/5 — Didn’t Export *2020-05-01* I was excited when I tried this out. I was able to export the first few test videos. I needed to record a speech using my Bluetooth. It worked. However, when it came time to record a long video (30min), and when I ended the recording, it said “Saving” for over an hour. I rebooted the app, and my video was gone. I tried again, by recording a 5sec video, and it again never stopped saying “Saving.” It seems broken, and I’m afraid to delete and redownload the app for fear of wasting another attempt. **Developer response:** Hi, I’m sorry to hear it crashed on you. I suspect there is a bug in it when the device get low on memory. When I get some time I’ll fix this. I made this app, not professionally, but because I wanted this feature and no apps out there seemed to do it. It actually never occurred to me to try a video that was more than just a few minutes. ### 1/5 — Record Button not pressing *2019-10-21* Hey. Please assist ### 2/5 — I want this to work so bad *2019-02-07* Record button is difficult to start/stop recording. When I use back camera it records upside down. I tried flipping the phone over and it still records upside down. After that, it does what is says it does ### 3/5 — Allows AirPods as a video mic! *2019-12-09* Update Dec 2019: Doesn’t work any longer maybe because of new iOS update. Red “record button” does nothing. Video never starts recording. Thanks for making this free app! Naturally, I wish you could have more camera control, focus, light balance, exposure... all the things you do expect from even a basic video app. But for free app where you can record vid with a Bluetooth microphone, it works well. Haven’t had any problems with AirPods disconnecting. Needs a better rec stop-start button too. Hope there’s a version 2 with some more features! **Developer response:** Hi, Sorry about that everyone... I released this app a couple years ago and haven't checked back on it until now. I didn't realize there's an issue. I'm super busy these days, but I'll look into the button issue when I get a chance. ### 3/5 — The recording button *2018-12-26* This was exactly what I was looking for. However, the recording button is not sensitive enough. When I tap record it didn’t record. Looking forward for the big fix. **Developer response:** Hi! Thanks for the review. The recording button is what's called a 'UIButton' that responds to what is called a 'Touch Up Inside' which is how Apple recommends buttons are handled. The app also allows 'drag and drop' via 'Touch Drag Inside', so that the button can be positioned to wherever you like it. I suspect the 'Touch Drag Inside' might make the 'Touch Up Inside' a little less sensitive. I will carefully finesse this for the next release.
