Sign up for newsletter banners that only give the option to subscribe to mass marketing campaigns or be reminded again in 30 days. That’s called coercive practices. I already opted out about that not new reminded again. I have an apex 300,Elite 100 and two Elite 30. I purchased my ac180 over a year ago through Amazon. It has worked perfectly and did exactly what I needed it to do. However I recently had a problem with my ac180. But between the app and Bluetti’s customer service along with their service department itself ( Thank you Anson ) my problem was quickly resolved.
