I have to keep deleting and re-installing the app to fix the issue temporarily but after a short while, the notification alert stopped working again… I’ve deleted and reinstalled many times. Hope someone fixes it soon ### 2/5 — Apps notifications issue. *2024-11-19, version 2.5.3* “I’ve been facing issues with notifications since updating to the latest version of the app. Notifications stop working completely, and the only way to temporarily resolve it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Unfortunately, after a short period, the app goes silent again, and I stop receiving notifications. This has been very frustrating as I rely heavily on timely alerts. When I am at home and on my home wifi, everything works. But when I am using cellular I cannot control and keep getting connection fail whenever I try to remotely use the App. Please help me out. I am unable to arm and disarm my alarm system remotely. This product system interface is not working as it suppose to be. I appreciate if you can rang me up and offer assistance to solve this issue.
