Blumelle is a calm, supportive space for women to track their cycle and check in with how they feel—without pressure.

Whether your cycle is regular, changing (perimenopause), or you’re navigating menopause, Blumelle helps you notice patterns and feel more prepared for each day.

What you can do:
• Log your period in seconds and see it clearly in the Calendar.
• View your estimated cycle phase and an upcoming period window (estimates).
• Optional fertility/ovulation view with an estimated ovulation window.
• Premium daily check-ins for pain, sleep, hunger, cravings, irritability, feelings, and notes.
• Insights that summarize trends and compare how you feel across cycle days.
• Exercise, sleep and food suggestions per phase.
• Premium reminders: check-in nudges, “period may start soon” alerts, and gentle “Did you know?” messages—with quiet hours.

Privacy, always:
• No account required.
• Your data stays on your device.
• Optional Apple Health integration: reads HRV (SDNN), resting heart rate, sleep data, age, and menstrual flow history—and can write period entries you log. You control permissions anytime.
