Student Tracking: It securely stores student demographics, academic progress, and details about the specific services or counseling they receive.
Two-Way Texting & Email: Staff can send bulk text messages and emails to students directly from the platform to share updates about upcoming workshops, field trips, or tutoring sessions.
Digital Forms: It turns physical paper applications and permission slips into digital forms that support electronic signatures.
Quick Check-ins (BOLT): It supports a kiosk feature where students can scan or swipe their ID cards to instantly check into appointments, events, or tutoring labs.
