Fui literalmente roubado, pois não autorizei essa compra, não usei o aplicativo e tenho provas claras de que o serviço nunca foi utilizado. Já tentei resolver a situação pela App Store, mas infelizmente meu pedido de reembolso foi negado. Estou recorrendo diretamente a vocês para que isso seja corrigido com urgência. Se essa situação não for resolvida de forma justa e imediata, farei questão de tornar esse caso público, inclusive nas redes sociais e em sites de reclamações. Não admito ser cobrado por algo que não comprei conscientemente e que nunca utilizei. Peço que revejam essa cobrança com responsabilidade e providenciem o estorno o quanto antes.
