Blurify is the most user friendly tool to blur your photos. Blur the background of the image and any unwanted part of the photo. With Blurify make it easy as a professional. 

Try to use different types of brushes or photo effect filters to blur and to add effect to any part of the picture. Also play with the size of the blur brush or its shape to fit your needs. 

Adjust the level of the effect you have applied with the simple slider. Apply coolest pre-composed blur effects to your photo.

I love this lil app. Im still learning the fine points but it’s very intuitive and I used it immediately without difficulty. 

For more detailed, close-in work, just enlarge / zoom in on the photo.

I am using this for free and am grateful to the developers.

You literally paint blurred areas on the photo. It’s like any other photo editor, except all you can do is blur the image. In my opinion, it’s easier to just upload your photo to one of those websites that automatically blur the background using machine learning algorithms.
