I scroll to select a photo, the app throws me off it. I load it up again, same thing happens. I try again, same thing happens. There’s no way to blur the background without also blurring parts of the picture you want to have in the forefront. It should automatically detect the image and blur the rest. Doing it manually like this is no different from any other picture editing app and this is supposed to be what this app does.
