When an upload issue stopped me in my tracks recently, I waited over a week for a reply from support. After my quick acknowledgment and assistance with screenshots of the issue, I was turned over to another team and am still awaiting help. It’s been over three weeks now, and no help. There isn’t even a phone number for customer support, so one is at the mercy of email. My book went to British Columbia, about 5000 miles away.
